2 i. Julia Nevis² Haynie was born in Alfonse, VA (Nothumberland County) September 20, 1904. Julia died May 2, 1985 in Arlington, VA, at 80 years of age. Her body was interred May 4, 1985 in Rappahannock Baptist Church. She married twice. She married James Theodore Oliff in 5th Baptist Church, Washington, DC, June 20, 1925. James was born in Virginia 1902. James was the son of George Washington Oliff and Martha Ellen Jenkins. James died August, 1935 in Richmond, VA, at 33 years of age. His body was interred August, 1935 in Rappahannock Baptist Church. At 25 years of age James became the father of Mary Audrey Oliff in Washington, DC, December 10, 1927. (See James Theodore Oliff for the continuation of this line.) She married Carl Burroughs Fones November, 1935. Carl died September, 1961.

At 23 years of age Julia became the mother of Mary Audrey Oliff in Washington, DC, December 10, 1927.
