8. Margaret (Ferrall)³ Farrell (John Edward (Ferrell)², William (Ferril)¹) was born in Bushwood, MD 1800.

At 36 years of age Margaret became the mother of Elizabeth (Ferrall) Farrell in Bushwood, MD, 1836. Elizabeth is named in the will of John Edward as his granddaughter. John Edward had two daughters, Elizabeth and Margaret. Margaret Fresco records a marriage of an Elizabeth Ferrell to Henry Branagan in 1822. The younger Elizabeth was recorded to be 16 in the 1850 census so her dob is 1836. She could be Elizabeth and Henry's daughter but due to the time lapse she is thought to be Margret's daughter, but this has not been proven. In the 1850 census, Margaret was recorded as age 50 living with, Elizabeth E Branagan, age 16, and her father, John Edward Farrell. Elizabeth is referenced in John Edward's will as his granddaughter, so it is assumed she is Margarets daughter but this has not been confirmed. A record of marriage for Margaret has not been found. Elizabeth is thought to have married John Branagan, but their marriage record has not been found.
