37. Amos Worrell "Mr. Bud"⁶ Lewis (Redden Jackson⁵, Kinchen C.⁴, James³, Thomas², unknown¹) was born in Macclesfeild, NC May 16, 1894. Amos died February 6, 1972 in Prince Georges General Hospiatl, Cheverly, MD, at 77 years of age. His body was interred February, 1972 in Ft. Lincoln Cemetary, Colmar Manor, Prince Georges Cty, MD.

He married Nola Elizabeth Edwards October 4, 1916. Nola became the mother of James Amos Lewis in Macclesfeild, NC, August 4, 1917.

At 23 years of age Amos became the father of James Amos Lewis in Macclesfeild, NC, August 4, 1917.

Amos Worrell "Mr. Bud" Lewis and Nola Elizabeth Edwards had the following children:

39 ii. Archie Elwood "Tom" Lewis.

40 iii. Mary Agnes Lewis.
