He married Edith Amy Schnopp. Edith was born in Washington, DC April 6, 1925. At 23 years of age Edith became the mother of Janet Louise Sines in Leland Memorial Hospital, Riverdale, MD, July 5, 1948. Edith was divorced from Joseph Alfred Jackson 1949. She was Janet Louise Sines's birth mother in the adoption in Baltimore, MD, November, 1950.

At 24 years of age Donald became the father of Janet Louise Sines in Leland Memorial Hospital, Riverdale, MD, July 5, 1948. He became Janet Louise Sines's adoptive father in Baltimore, MD, November, 1950.

2 i. Janet Louise² Sines was born in Leland Memorial Hospital, Riverdale, MD July 5, 1948. She married three times. She married Richard E. Cottrell in Wheaton, MD, 1965. Richard was born Tacoma Park, MD May 11, 1947. At 18 years of age Richard became the father of Richard W. Cottrell in Riverdale, MD, December 7, 1965. Richard was divorced from Janet Louise Sines 1969. (See Richard E. Cottrell for the continuation of this line.) She married Odie D. Jones in Virginia Beach, VA, 1978. Odie was born Charleston, WV May 28, 1948. At 31 years of age Odie became the father of Jason P. Jones in Hurst, TX, June 8, 1979. Odie was divorced from Janet Louise Sines 1988. (See Odie D. Jones for the continuation of this line.) She married Richard W. Sisson in Rockville, MD, December 7, 1991. Jan and Richard have known each other since 1967. In 1990, Richard's wife died and Jan was then divorced. In 1991, after a long distance courtship, they were married on December 7.

Richard was born in Washington, DC October 7, 1943.

At 2 years of age Janet was adopted in Baltimore, MD, November, 1950. At 17 years of age Janet became the mother of Richard W. Cottrell in Riverdale, MD, December 7, 1965. Janet was divorced from Richard E. Cottrell 1969. At 30 years of age Janet became the mother of Jason P. Jones in Hurst, TX, June 8, 1979. Janet was divorced from Odie D. Jones 1988. Jan was the biological daughter of Joseph Alfred Jackson but her parents divorced the year after she was born. Her mother remarried Donald Sines, who adopted Jan and changed her name.
